Obverse: Stunning blue inks make up the primary design with black inks used at the left and right oval shaped vignettes of three children  ("The Young Students") at lower left and shield with flaming sun with human face is flanked by two allegorical women at lower right respectively. A ruby red seal with scalloped borders at center.
