In each side, within a guilloche the denomination value "100". On the right, the date filling space. In each corner, within a guilloche the denomination value "100". In the top, the legend of the capitalization amount "CAPITAL Bs 24.000.000". On the bottom, the signatures zone. Above, the payment clause "PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO".
Reverse: Design in brown. In the center, inside a circle Coat of Arms with the motto "INDEPENDENCIA", "LIBERTAD", "5 DE JULIO 1811", "28 DE MARZO 1864" and "DIOS Y FEDERACION", on each side the denomination value "100". Above and below of the Coat of Arms the issuer name "BANCO DE VENEZUELA". In each corner, the denomination value "100".
